Rigidity comes from a paralyzing fear of being wrong, but creativity is at least a partial liberation from caring about being right. The mere possibility of finding rightness or (even better) MULTIPLE forms of rightness spurs the creative mind on to experimentation with reckless abandon. <br /><br />This makes me want to create dances, curricula, workshops, marketing campaigns, recruiting strategies, and work/life balances.
